NY style - Flout! House Pie (shaved onion & confit garlic)

I love the idea of a house pie.  Something that reflects us and what we're about...and here it is.  Shaved onion, confit garlic, overnight sauce, aged and fresh mozz.  Super simple but an absolute flavour punch.

This will be around an 18in pizza...good for 3-4 people
