NY style - 'Hulk Pie' (creamed spinach)

A creamed spinach base, with wilted spinach on top of aged and fresh mozzarellas, 36mo parm and fresh basil....this one takes inspiration from Pizzeria Bianco, who in turn was inspired by Brooklyn's most famous steakhouse - Peter Luger's creamed spinach.  It's very green.  I like it. 

Allergens: Milk, wheat gluten.  

This is around an 18in pizza...good for 3-4 people.
